At Skirack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's the wrong fit or not the right tech, our team is here to help you get the right equipment for your next adventure.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and manuals, into a shipping box and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local Skirack retail storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
