Orders for large equipment typically process within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for seasonal gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that mounted skis are considered custom and are non-returnable.

Do you offer ski mounting services for online orders?

Yes, we can mount bindings if you provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout. However, for safety reasons, a final adjustment by a certified technician is required before use.

How do I know what size bike or skis I need?

We provide detailed size charts on every product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our expert staff for a personalized consultation based on your skill level.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some oversized items may have shipping restrictions to Alaska and Hawaii.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout, and we will notify you via email as soon as your gear is ready for collection at our retail location.
