This 3-layer shell meets Patagonia's H2No® Performance Standard for exceptional waterproof/breathable protection and the fabrics, membrane and DWR finish are made without perfluorinated chemicals (PFCs/PFAS). - Hood with a laminated visor effectively sheds water, plus two-way adjustment provides good visibility in poor conditions, with or without a helmet
- Center-front zipper and a chest pocket have watertight zips and zipper garages; two welted handwarmer pockets stay clear of a pack waistbelt or a harness
- Pit zips with welted, watertight two-way zippers provide ventilation
- Jacket has low-profile self-fabric hook-and-loop cuff closures and self-stuffs into the left-chest pocket
