TS6B Wax 40g

TS6B Wax 40g

TS6B is the second hardest wax in Swix's TS line and is an excellent choice for typical winter conditions, both for cross-country and alpine skiing. It is a favorite due to its superior durability and excellent glide performance on dirty snow. This is achieved by new additives that also reduce friction on very cold snow. Despite being a wax for cold conditions, its melting point makes it easier to apply than many similar waxes in this area, without compromising its glide properties.

  • Details
    • Racing glide wax
    • Recommended at temperatures from -6°C to -12°C (21°F/10°F)
    • Excellent dry friction properties
    • Dirt repellent
    • A favorite for cross-country and alpine skiing
    • For training and racing
    • 40g
  • Instructions
    • The speed of the waxing iron should be approx. 8-10 seconds for a skating or alpine ski. The wax can be reheated after cooling to room temperature (10 min.) for better durability. Scrape after waiting about one minute. It is important to have a good waxing iron in order to melt the wax efficiently. TS6B can be used as a racing wax alone or as a base wax for other racing products. Recommended waxing iron temp.: 155°C.
